Product marketing within the Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) team, focused on adoption, engagement and advocacy of cloud technologies catered towards Visual Effects and Animation Studios (Studio in the Cloud & Amazon Nimble Studio).

-Wrote launch plan for new service and co-wrote annual plan to drive AWS service usage specifically targeting SMBs and enterprise studios within M&E, communicating market segmentation, GTM tactics, and goals.

-Built out GTM tactics mapped to plans through videos, industry blogs, references, solution tutorials, PR, and case studies.

-Worked closely with leadership to define messaging, content, and UX for new AWS product category and product initiatives, collaborating cross functionally with product and solutions architect teams.

-Partnered with the business development team to gather customer feedback; curated data to direct and inform the roadmap for solutions and content strategies.

-Led development and launch of remote work solution in Q2 2020, helping studios to continue working during the COVID-19 lockdown, reaching 1000’s of downloads in the first 90 days of release.

-Developed 15 PR articles targeting visual effects and animation studios, contributing to share of voice increase from 54% to 93% y/y, and built cross functional processes to track and build 40+ customer reference story pipeline.

-Led 3 online webinars; results included 44% increase in leads y/y and 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction scores.
